Shipping policy

All products I am selling on my website are hand made or made to order. All printed items are all hand-drawn and designed by Nicole and they are shipped directly from our manufacturers. All products are made to order and ship as they are printed. Please allow 2-8 working days for processing and printing your order. Once your order is printed and carefully packaged, it will be shipped for delivery. By that time you will receive a tracking number for your order by email. Your package should arrive safely within the next two weeks from the ship date.

Please make sure all your forms and address are filled out correctly. We are not responsible for misdirected packages due to incorrect details.

Original artwork ships from Nicole's art studio in Switzerland.
