Refund policy
All printed products are made to order, which means as soon as you place your order, we will get to work producing it for you. For that reason, returns and exchanges are only accepted in the following cases.
We cover the Refund or Reprints, if:
- there's a manufacturing issue with your products.
- your order is damaged or broken in the mail.
- you receive a wrong product in your order.
We do not cover Refund or Reprints, if:
- you don't like the product printed accordingly to our manufacturer's standards.
- you select the wrong size when ordering the product.
- the order is still within the specified maximum production and shipping times.
- the order is lost in transit and the initial shipping address is incorrect and you need to change the address.
- the tracking of your order shows delivered, but you have not received the package.
